About Pest Tech Ready

Pest Tech Ready was founded in 2019 by Ed McWhinnie, a top sales and service tech in the United States and Nevada.  While working for a large pest control company for over a decade, he decided there was a better way to do it. His frustration with high-pressure sales tactics, inconsistent service, and technicians who didn't take the time to explain what they were doing led him to start something different.

From day one, the mission was simple: show up on time, do the job right, use products that are safe for families and pets, and be honest about what you find. No upselling. No scare tactics. Just effective pest control delivered by people who actually care. We really mean it, when we say pest control services when you want, where you want.

Years later, we've grown to serving muliple cities across Central Coast and Northern California — but our values haven't changed.
